HamScope is a soundcard-based digital-mode application for amateur radio that combines multi-mode operation, visual tuning aids, and logging in a single, easy-to-use interface. Created by Glen Hansen, KD5HIO, from WinPSK code developed by Moe Wheatley, AE4JY, it enables operators to transmit and decode popular keyboard modes such as PSK31, RTTY, and MFSK using a standard PC sound card instead of external TNC hardware. A real-time waterfall spectrum display simplifies tuning and signal identification, while features like automatic frequency control and configurable transmit/receive macros help streamline QSOs and contest exchanges. HamScope can also integrate with common logging workflows and, where supported, basic CAT/rig control for frequency tracking. Lightweight and approachable yet capable, HamScope offers a practical way to explore weak-signal and everyday digital communications on the ham bands.

HamScope is developed by Created by Glen Hansen. The most popular version of this product among our users is 1.5. The name of the program executable file is HamScope.exe.

You can check Ham Radio Deluxe, Ham CAP, TFD Scope and other related programs like Watch-O-Scope at the "download" section.
